This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and request a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: ✔ Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
✔ The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
✔ A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✔ Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Note: Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email us at contact@dreamlite.xyz or call (361) 938-7466 with your order details and reason for the return.
- Approval & Instructions – Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund based on your original payment method: ✔ Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
✔ PayPal or Other Payment Methods – Refunds will be processed through the respective platform and may take 3-7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

7. Damaged or Defective Items
